Children Policy: Due to the nature of the property and the accommodation types we have a no children policy.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival: no charge, or refund if already paid.
Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival: full amount will be charged.
No-show: full amount will be charged.
Booking Policy:
Rooms will be held upon receipt of credit card details ( Name on card, card number, expiry date and CCV) Visa and Mastercard only, no AMEX.
NOTE: You can submit your credit card details securely via our booking system.
You may also email or phone the details through to us.
If your credit card expires before you arrive: the full amount due will be charged at the time of arrival.
If you prefer to pre-pay let us know and we can charge full amount at the time of booking.

Rates include taxes, linen and towels, coffee, tea, etc.
All accommodations have basic cooking facilities, i.e. a gas burner stove, a bar sized refrigerator, crockery and utensils and table setting for two. We also supply tea, coffee, sugar, milk for your convenience.
There are also several options nearby to eat out if you don’t feel like cooking.
Grocery shopping is best done on your way up (if coming from Cairns), either at Coles at Port Douglas or Woolworths in Mossman or IGA in Cooktown if coming from Cooktown. There are limited good available locally at the Friendly Grocers at Cape Tribulation and at the Rainforest Village Shop where you can also get fuel.
Check in is at 2 PM and Check out is at 10 AM.
